Pangat na ulang

If you are not a fan of pangat, this might change your mind. This dish is not as sour as sinigang but is bursting with umami flavor. A one pot dish, this takes about 30 minutes to make from preparation to cooking.

1/2 kl Ulang
1 cup water
3 tbsp calamansi juice (about 10 pcs)
2 cloves garlic sliced
1 thumb sized ginger sliced
1 tomato quartered
1 whole tomato
Mustard leaves
Finger chili
Fish sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure: Place all ingredients in a pot. Bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until cooked.
